.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager
, the Planner Scheduler will be responsible for helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.

• Checking the possibility of order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment, etc.), and confirmation of the order.
• Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the company’s integrated computer system, notification of the purchasing group.
• Monitoring and control of plan implementation; start necessary actions in case of deviations.
• Preparation of long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Monitoring system accuracy in daily/weekly bases; item data, routing, BOM, CFT data, non-consumed demand, planned WOs.
• Preparing Clean to Build reports, checking material availability, replanning if necessary, informing the order desk, ECO implementation tracing.
• Monitoring stock levels and handling stock differences.
• Preparing management and CFT-specific reports; monitoring KPIs.
• Providing assistance or replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order Desk within the CFT.
• Advising non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
• Monitoring and proactively addressing issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
• Coordinating and managing high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
• May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.
• Coordinating with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
• Driving process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
• Providing input to management, rescheduling, and/or interfacing with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
• Representing Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.
• May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning, including hands-on production scheduling.
• Strong capability in production planning & forecasting, ensuring accurate demand alignment.
• Working knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and its application in manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of inventory control and supply chain management, with proficiency in MRP or ERP systems.
