Wellness Salon Manager in Training

Base pay of $10.50 – $15.00+ per hour plus up to 12% commission, with potential additional monthly bonuses based on performance.

• Recruit, select, and orient salon staff.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff to achieve sales goals.
• Schedule and assign employees, ensuring compliance with company operational requirements.
• Monitor and control expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other controllables to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain salon stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Develop strong customer relationships to build loyalty.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based atmosphere.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expense data and perform additional financial analyses to maximize sales and net profit.
• Safeguard cash, manage banking requirements, and account for all money received.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven retail and/or customer-service experience.
• Ability to influence others effectively.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, walking for 7+ hours per day and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
