Lead Skilled Maintenance Technician

Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). • Assist the Director of Plant Operations in overall upkeep of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work assigned shift, with flexibility regarding hours scheduled.
• Perform maintenance walk-through of all areas to identify and correct problems.
• Complete work orders as assigned; forward any work orders that cannot be completed to supervisor to determine appropriate course of action.

• High school or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
• Extensive knowledge of and ability to use tools and cleaning equipment.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
