Meaningful Milestones LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. This position provides trauma‑informed care for clients ranging from ages 2‑21, and offers robust support for staff growth and well‑being.
About the RoleAs an RBT, you will work one‑on‑one with an autistic individual, implementing programming from the treatment plan directed by a BCBA or BCA. During sessions you will collect data on an electronic tablet, play games, sing songs, and teach new skills while building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Implement programming from individual client treatment plans as directed by a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Collect accurate client data and complete session notes in Motivity, obtaining required parent signatures.
- Provide a minimum of 15 clinical direct‑support hours per week in home, school, or community settings.
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients, families, and coworkers.
- Demonstrate flexibility in posture and positioning for extended periods (kneeling, squatting, etc.).
- Engage clients creatively to foster learning and enjoyment.
- RBT certification preferred; if not certified, complete certification within 90 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- Valid state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
- Basic math skills, BLS or CPR/FA certification.
- Strong time‑management, organizational, compassionate, energetic, and hard‑working attitude.
- Ability to perform background check, motor‑vehicle check, and provide a recent TB test.
- Hourly pay: $15‑20 for face‑to‑face client time; $12 for training time.
