Lexington Health is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians to join our expansive primary care network. Our family medicine physicians provide comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families at over 20 convenient locations throughout the Midlands of South Carolina.

• Provide comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families at multiple locations within the Midlands of South Carolina.
• Offer complete health assessments and physical exams.
• Perform women's health exams, including Pap smears; newborn, infant, and child care; and adolescent medicine.
• Coordinate referrals and care with specialists; manage chronic health conditions.
• Utilize immunizations, lab testing, and imaging services (including X-ray and DEXA bone density scans).
• Perform minor surgical procedures as appropriate within the scope of family medicine.
• Collaborate with a team to support patient care without inpatient responsibilities.
