Lexington Health is seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care physicians to join our expanding team in West Columbia, South Carolina. Our unique hybrid model blends the high-acuity environment of our busy Emergency Department with the balanced pace of our physician-led Urgent Care centers. This approach offers variety in your practice, uncompromising quality of care, and improved work-life balance.
Emergency Department Highlights
- Hybrid schedule: 80% ED, 20% Urgent Care
- Hiring all shifts with 7 On / 7 Off rotational schedule
- APP support plus experienced clinical team
- Supported by the new Empath Program
- 3 Radiology Diagnostic Rooms
- Level III Trauma Center with robust specialty backup
Urgent Care Highlights
- 100% physician-led, higher acuity than typical urgent care settings
- No nighttime hours; closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day
- All-RN clinical staff with APP support
- Full lab and imaging services (CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray)
- Direct connection to premier specialty care, including heart & vascular, general surgery, neurosurgery, and orthopedics
