West Coast
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: SGD 3,300 – 3,600
- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Maintain and update supplier database, stock lists, pricing, and SOPs
- Liaise with outlet managers and chefs for product, kitchen ware, and ingredient orders
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Conduct market research and source alternative or new products when required
- Handle inventory tracking, stock control, and stock take procedures
- Prepare inventory and stock analysis reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and travel to outlets as required
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Willing to travel to outlets when required
