Sales Engineer

We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and serve as a crucial link between our customers and internal Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop tailored customer solutions
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and provide feedback
• Review, modify, and ensure engineering prints meet customer needs
• Participate in design reviews, material selection, and feasibility assessments
• Apply knowledge of acoustics, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with R&D and Engineering to support new product launches and technical problem-solving.
• Assist in the RFQ and quoting process with accurate technical inputs
• Maintain technical documentation in ERP and CRM systems
• Utilize ERP tools (Oracle-based) and Global shop for pricing, order entry, and tracking
• Travel occasionally for key customer visits

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred)
• Engineering experience helpful but not required—attitude and aptitude are essential
• Ability to learn acoustics, materials and CAD-based engineering practices
• Ability to interpret and update technical drawings and specifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
