- Provide appropriate and professional communication between Crew Members, Subcontractors, and Clients.
- Ensure your workmanship is committed to our high-quality standards while installing windows, siding, doors, framing, etc.
- Assist in receivership, storage, and protection of materials and ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
- Reliable transportation with a valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.
- Working with heights. Working on ladders and staging.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Experience working with hand tools.
- Strong desire to learn.
- Provide hand tools/work belt.
- Competitive compensation at $22-$30/hour with the ability to grow into a foreman, project management or sales position.
- Paid Bi-weekly.
- 2 weeks' vacation per year.
