We're a leading home exterior remodeling company in Chester County, PA, specializing in window, siding, and door replacement. We're growing and need a hands-on, experienced technician who can lead jobs from the field, manage crews, and transition into a Project Management role as we expand.

This Role Is for You if You:

• Are an experienced technician (windows, siding, doors, framing, flashing, etc.).
• Have strong leadership skills and can run a crew efficiently and professionally.
• Are solution-oriented and able to manage field issues in real time.
• Have the confidence to make decisions while upholding Sky View's quality standards.
• Are comfortable mentoring junior technicians and fostering a positive jobsite culture.
• Want a long-term position with opportunities to move into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site crews to complete residential remodeling projects with high-quality standards.
• Oversee safety, materials management, and jobsite efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication with subcontractors, homeowners, and office staff.
• Serve as a field liaison for project planning and schedule updates.
• Ensure accurate reporting of site progress and potential change orders.
• Model professionalism and accountability for the crew.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or exterior trades.
• Prior leadership/crew lead experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of window, siding, door installation, and building envelope best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working on ladders, staging, and with various power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Must provide personal hand tools/work belt.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30-$40/hour depending on experience.
