Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of home health nursing experience
• Strong background in case management and proficiency with OASIS assessments
• Preferred wound care experience
• Experience managing 5-6 patients daily in a fast-paced, high documentation environment

Responsibilities:
