Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Board certification or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
• Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and labor and delivery management
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospitalist or inpatient obstetric settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Basic L&D procedures proficiency
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of recent obstetric hospitalist experience
• Active PA state medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work shift hours during weekends starting from December 31, 2025
• Valid DEA license and medical malpractice insurance coverage
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and compliance checks
• Travel reimbursement when applicable
