Job Details

Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related field
5+ years in estimating for commercial construction projects

Experience with lump sum and negotiated work preferred
Review and understand all bid documents and assess potential risks
Prepare bid packages and compare and analyze competitive subcontract and supplier bids
Review estimates with project management team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate packages
Buy out job, award to subcontractors and manage contract process
