Business Operations & Strategy Internship

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Intern. This role will be hybrid working from our West Chester location Monday through Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday. The position will start in May and end in August.

The Business Operations & Strategy Intern will work closely with cross-functional leaders to support key strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, growth, and performance optimization.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business analytics, process improvement, and strategic planning within a fast-paced consumer products organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
• Assist in analyzing business performance data (sales, inventory, production, margin, etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and/or Power BI to support decision-making
• Participate in S&OP and cross-functional planning discussions
• Conduct market, competitive, and operational research to inform business strategy
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, and executive presentation development
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate KPIs and recommend performance improvements
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools preferred
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
• Rising Junior or Senior preferred
