Travel Coordinator

Position Summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused Travel Coordinator / Team Driver to join our dynamic team.

The Travel Coordinator / Team Driver is responsible for coordinating travel logistics and safely transporting field technicians to and from assigned work locations. This role ensures technicians arrive at job sites safely and on schedule while managing lodging arrangements and travel details for field crews. The position requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to safety while supporting daily field operations.

• Safely transport field technicians to and from job sites using company vehicles.
• Plan and coordinate daily travel routes to ensure technicians arrive at work locations on time.
• Book and manage hotel accommodations for traveling field technicians.
• Coordinate travel schedules and communicate logistics with field technicians and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate travel records, mileage logs, fuel receipts, and trip documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company vehicle safety policies.
• Monitor travel conditions, including weather and road conditions, to ensure safe transportation.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with general coordination of travel logistics for field operations as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles for extended periods
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to coordinate lodging and travel logistics for multiple team members
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed

• Experience coordinating travel, lodging, or transportation logistics
• Experience driving vans, trucks, or crew transport vehicles
• Familiarity with booking systems or corporate travel arrangements
• Experience supporting field service or operations teams

• Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Travel required, including overnight stays as needed.
