Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a Local Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for performing delivery services for our customers. You’ll report to the Local Dispatcher and play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service.

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle and comply with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Load, deliver, and unload shipments while maintaining a clean cab and cargo area.
• Communicate daily with local and regional dispatchers regarding schedules and updates.
• Complete all required company forms and documentation for each shipment.
• Report any damage, claims, or issues immediately to the dispatcher.
• Lead and manage local labor during loading and delivery processes.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and Van Operator qualification status.
• Follow company policies and complete required training programs.
• Assist with additional assignments or projects as directed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain Van Operator qualification.
• Must be able to pass a background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

• Full-time, generally Monday–Friday with occasional overtime, nights, or weekends.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
