Gymnastics Coach - Teams

About the Job

Perfection Gymnastics is looking for experienced team gymnastics coaches to work with the X-Cel, Developmental and USAG Pre-Team through Level 10 gymnastics program.

Perfection Gymnastics School is located in West Chester, Ohio, and has one main goal: to inspire character and excellence through relationships and the sport of gymnastics. Our staff is passionate about ensuring every child and family has an outstanding experience, whether they join us for one class or they have been a customer for years.

• Has 3+ years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience.
• Great relationship builder.
• Great teacher and learner.
• Is highly organized and a proficient multitasker.
• Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communication.
• Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.

• Employment type: Part-Time 15-20 hours per week.
• Salary range: $17-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hour/availability needs: Must be available evenings, weekends and some day times.
• Benefits eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for benefits:

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety trainings.
• Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
