Job SummaryThe Field Service Technician will execute field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include system troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, parts inventory management, and safety issue identification for both company and customer‑owned equipment. The role involves direct customer interaction and may require working at multiple sites across multiple technologies. Critical thinking is essential.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
- Take care of company property.

- Function effectively in a team environment.
- Work with direct supervision or independently as required.
- Travel required; 20%-80% travel depending on division & location (overnight stays, away from home).
- Driver Application for Employment.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Driver Disclosure and Release.
- Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement.
- FMCSA Certificate of Awareness.
- Driver Certificate of Violations.
- Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test.
- Copy of Driver’s License.
- Copy of Medical Certificate.
- Continuous Professional Development:

Work well with others and contribute to team goals, valuing diverse perspectives. - Results‑Driven Performance:
Focus on delivering results with high standards and efficient execution.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
- Clean driving record.
- Work experience preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of technical work experience (1 year preferred).
- Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion experience depending on business unit.
- Work without direct supervision.
- Technically sound.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices.
- Customer service experience.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly.
- Derive insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems innovatively.
