A Little About Us
A closer look at Oats Overnight: since 2016, our high protein spoon-free oatmeal has been enjoyed by over 1,000,000 customers. We scale quickly in both direct-to-consumer and retail with the goal of becoming a household brand. We have end-to-end control of all phases of the business, producing and fulfilling the product in-house, which is rare for companies our size. This allows us to create new flavors and products quickly and to give customers a behind-the-scenes look at what we do, highlighting our people and process in content.

Being vertically integrated also enables us to incorporate customers directly in the development process.

A Little About How We Do Things
Starting with our founder/CEO and extending to multiple teams across all departments, many of us come from non-traditional backgrounds. This is a superpower – we are not stuck in traditional industry patterns, but instead leverage extreme rationality and first principles thinking to solve problems and find new opportunities. The Order Builder is responsible for the efficient building of orders for our production team, being a partner with our production team and being an all around support to our operations teams. This is a key role for the efficient running of our warehouse and needs a dynamic, organized and process minded person to fill the role.

• Prepare/pick orders based on work order to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks to be delivered to companies’ production facility.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure they are secure for transport before being loaded into the truck.
• Capable of operating industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Able to communicate to multiple departments for overage/shortage of work order items, and for quality checks prior to delivery of order.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to use scanners/handhelds/computers/printers.
• Responsible for staging completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required.
• Ability to perform basic math for conversion of units of measure.
