Staffmark is currently hiring an Extrusion Operator for a manufacturing facility in West Chester, OH! This direct hire position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure high‑quality production of master rolls.

$22–$25/hour (based on experience)

12‑hour rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Set up and operate extrusion lines to produce master rolls to specification
• Monitor equipment and make minor adjustments (e.g., web guide, tension, width)
• Perform quality checks and audits to ensure product consistency
• Conduct resin and ink setups, blending, and perform troubleshooting/maintenance
• Minimize material waste while maintaining product quality
• Use job specification sheets to determine correct film properties (width, gauge, treat level)
• Maintain accurate setup and quality documentation
• Communicate issues with raw materials, maintenance, or quality to supervisors
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required

• Minimum 3 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Ability to work a 12‑hour rotating shift
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
