To whom you will report:
Manufacturing Operations Team Leader - Industrial / Manufacturing

Overview

This role will be dedicated to support integration solutions for modular data centers out of our West Chester, OH facility. You will oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring efficient and high‑quality production.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate production activities within the assigned cell, ensuring processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery of products.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain safety compliance by following all safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
  • Organize workflow and schedule with the production team.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
  • Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
  • Evaluate various stages of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
  • Maintain communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are well understood.
  • Ensure the flow of raw materials and other resources.
  • Provide yearly employee evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools and equipment.
  • IT skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
  • Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
  • Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field.

  • Lean Manufacturing
    :
    Implementing lean principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Technical Proficiency
    :
    Knowledge of production cell operations, electrical drawings, and quality control measures.
  • Process Optimization
    :
    Ability to optimize production processes and manage production schedules.

    :
    Ensuring products meet quality standards and conducting regular inspections.

    :
    Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

    :
    Supervising and training team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
Environment

Factory setting with adherence to safety protocols.

Hours

Three 12‑hour shift model promoting work‑life balance. Front of weekdays:
Monday through Wednesday, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime dependent on business volume.
