What You’ll Do- Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Test electrical components for functionality and safety compliance.
- Solder and connect wiring in electronic devices or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly and testing.
- Document and track assembly progress and report any issues to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical assembly or similar roles.
- Proficiency with electrical hand tools and machinery (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, multimeters).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
