This role manages a financial center and its employees on a day‑to‑day basis, operating as a business owner and fostering a client‑centric and risk culture. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, fostering team environment, and helping clients achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates.
  • Manage client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention.
  • Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
  • Create a world‑class client experience environment.
  • Manage market‑level initiative prescribed by market leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrating coaching, training and/or motivating a work team.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results, acting in best interest of client.
  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently, comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and bank, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

  • Work weekends and/or extended hours.
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded.
