Primary

Responsibilities
  • Provide first‑line technical support for users in the Antigo manufacturing facility, both onsite and remotely as well as remote support for the Pawcatuck and Waukesha offices
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware including shop‑floor devices, printers, and scanners
  • Support connectivity and configuration for CNC, OT systems, and OEE monitoring (Altizon, related tools).
  • Deploy and image Windows
    11 computers using corporate standards and Endpoint Management
  • Administer and troubleshoot user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft
    365 (passwords, MFA, access controls)
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain VoIP phone and paging systems, video conferencing equipment, and hybrid meeting technology
  • Provision and support iPhone and iPad devices through Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune (MDM), ensuring secure iOS integration with corporate systems
  • Install, troubleshoot, and optimize CAD and engineering applications (Solid Edge PDM, Solid Works, Autodesk, PTCWindchill)
  • Ensure endpoint and network security compliance across all assigned systems using Crowd Strike, Threat Locker, Gatekeeper, and MFA tools
  • Perform secure decommissioning and media disposal for sensitive assets in compliance with NIST
    800 171 and DFARS
  • Collaborate with IT peers across corporate and manufacturing sites to maintain systems integrity and performance
  • Document all technical activities, configurations, and incidents in accordance with IT procedures and audit requirements
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Familiarity with ITAR/UNNPI requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing or shop‑floor IT environment with CNC connectivity, NC and OT systems preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in PC hardware, software, and network integration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows
    11, Microsoft
    365, and general networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
Requirements Include
  • US Citizen required;
    Antigo/Pawcatuck fall under ITAR/U‑NNPI restrictions. Waukesha falls under ITAR restrictions
  • Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting and maintaining PC’s, networks and related IT/OT systems
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards including CMMC, NIST
    800 171, DFARS, OPNAVINST
    9210.3, and UNNPI requirements
  • Proficient with ITSM tools, remote support platforms, and ERP/CAD integration workflows
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
