As an Outpatient Therapist joining our team, you’ll work to make communities healthier through your skills, compassion and dedication.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients with psychiatric and substance use issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Participate in the treatment planning process and in discharge, transition, and after-care planning.
• Provide family session counseling as needed to support communication and involvement of family members and support groups.

• Master's degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure.
• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Current clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
