. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Sign-On Bonus
: $1,500 total ($750 upon hire and a second $750 payment after completing 6 months (180 days) of employment).

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team. Decisions typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio
• Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience
• Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meet business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Moderate working knowledge of Excel

• Experience in pharmacy dispensing
• Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality customer experience

Work Hours
: 10-hour shift Monday-Friday (Will have one day off during the week) between the hours of 6 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m. EST (Based on business need).

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$40,000 - $52,300 per year
