The Senior Financial Analyst will provide critical support for monthly performance management, financial planning and reporting, as well as acting as a key Finance team member supporting the C‑Suite and operational leaders in support of delivering financial targets. They will help develop and model financial budgets and projections. This role will also ensure efficient and effective utilization and availability of key operational equipment, and maintain and develop critical reports and dashboards to support operational decision‑making.

• KPI reporting / tracking and analysis of key financial and operational data.
• Create periodic financial reporting packages on customer revenue and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis, providing insights into key business drivers and performance metrics, including P&L variance and mix analysis.
• Support the annual budget process, collaborating with department heads to align budget requirements with overall business objectives.
• Support financial risk & ops evaluations for operational reviews.
• Ad hoc support for strategic planning and business case analysis to support the business.
• Partner with sales team to analyze and maintain customer/service price books, and ensure pricing actions are executed successfully.
• Analyze customer and new initiative profitability.
• Monitor and manage the readiness of key operational equipment.
• Help drive cost productivity by partnering with regional and branch teams to identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives to improve overall profitability.
• Assist in developing and presenting financial and operational presentations for senior leaders and strategic discussions.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and activities by using/leveraging business technologies and other resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; as well as relevant experience with a focus in analytics.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel (advanced formula writing, macros, etc.) and Power point.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience successfully supporting a monthly reporting & financial rhythm.

• Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., or as needed.
• Onsite at corporate business location full time, which is necessary for job function and to facilitate interaction with management and co‑workers.
• Some travel required as needed.
• Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
