• Assist in operational processes supporting the annuity line of business, including support to New Business and Inforce annuity administration.
• Serve as a point of contact for annuity product support via phone and email.
• Oversee general office operations, including maintenance of office building.
• Sort mail, scan documents, and manage filing system.
• Work with business managers to support ongoing business effort.

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Annuities and Insurance knowledge – a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Data entry and processing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
