OSMG Cincinnati (aka On Shelf Marketing Group) is a Faith Based Full-Service Broker specializing in Kroger and Best-In-Market National Representation.

The Claims Administrator is responsible for validating and clearing claims against promotional offers, analyzing claims to determine their validity, and clearing claims in accordance with OSMG, client and customer policies and procedures. The Claims Administrator will communicate with internal and external business partners and act as a problem solver/agent for change to provide high-quality service to clients and make continuous improvements in claims processing.

• Create, develop and distribute claims clearing processes.
• Process claims for key complex customers (Kroger) and assist in onboarding new clients.
• Use advanced problem solving and analytical skills to research problem claims and assess the reason they cannot be completed.
• Work with sales manager, clients, customers, and the management team to identify the root cause and resolve claims issues to increase quality, efficiency and prevent future errors.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in OSMG, client and customer systems, policies and procedures.
• Make the final decision on claims validity for assigned claims.
• Clear valid claims correctly and in accordance with OSMG and client policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed OSMG and client financial goals.
• Achieve a level of productivity that meets or exceeds expectation.
• Process claims in the priority order established by the management team.
• Ensure that assigned claims are supported by financially compliant documentation.
• Proactively manage work to meet client and customer deadlines.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers and clients on a regular basis to build relationships and provide value-added services and solutions.
• Ask for assistance from the management team on issues with complex claims, claims associates, clients, and internal/external customers.
• Reconcile records with the clients to ensure that all assigned claims are entered and in process.
• Report and provide solutions for operational obstacles that delay work completion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One year claims experience preferred.
• Food brokerage experience and/or clients’ experience in sales administration strongly preferred.
