Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Indian Lookout - West Carrollton, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on‑call rotation every 3rd week

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential

If you’re a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in multi‑family residential maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
• Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on‑call
