• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Promote current promos, store activities and events; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use features in the Target App, including Wallet; be familiar with Order Pick-Up (OPU), Drive Up (DU), and online ordering and assist guests in enrolling and using these features.
• Handle returns following policies and procedures, and escalate to Leaders as needed to resolve guest issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and report hazards when needed.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and DU returns, and comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office tasks as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable and prompt attendance required; ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
