Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations:
Adult cardiac/telemetry, Stroke, Vascular intervention, Hemodynamic monitoring.

• Registered Nurse, ICU
• Experience:
  
  1 year 6 months
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted), copy needed
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• SSN required
  
  DOB required
• 2 references in entire work history; 1 must be from supervisor
• Driver’s License copy on file
