Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects with team
• Cooperate with Project Manager and Estimator
• Communicate regularly to field staff to ensure daily goals and schedules
• Coordinate daily work efforts
• Subcontractor Management
• Change order management
• Monthly reporting including budget and scheduling reports
• Work closely with superintendent, estimator, client, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure project completion on time and on budget in a safe manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ Years' construction management experience
• Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment and meet project milestones
• Strong time management and leadership abilities
