Schedule& Call
- Clinic
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. - Call
Schedule: - Weekday call and weekday night call
- Weekend call required
- Call is shared and rotated with other providers
- Weekend Requirements: Yes
- On-Call Requirements: Yes
- Average Clinic Volume: 15-18 patients per day
- Patient Population: Adult
- EMR: Cerner
- Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care in the outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate and manage adult cardiology patients
- Perform interventional cardiology procedures as indicated
- Take call for cardiology consults and urgent/emergent cases per rotation
- Collaborate with cardiology partners, hospitalists, and cath lab teams
- Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in Cerner
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Active Iowa medical license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Clean NPDB history
