Monday to Friday, 09:30am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative with reach truck experience on behalf of one of our clients, based near Rowley Regis, Birmingham. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable weekday hours with the potential for a permanent role following a successful temporary period.

The Role of a Warehouse Operative (Reach Truck Experience)

This is a hands-on warehouse role involving the safe and efficient movement of stock using a reach truck, alongside general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a reach truck safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements for a Warehouse Operative (Reach Truck Experience)

Minimum 1 year of reach truck experience (essential)
Previous warehouse experience
Good attention to detail and timekeeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
