CCTV Service Engineer

Position: CCTV Service Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Wednesbury

Our client is a long-established, family-run CCTV specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Based in the West Midlands, they provide nationwide CCTV and Access Control service, maintenance, and support to a wide range of clients.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and reliable CCTV Service Engineer to join their team.

The Role

* Servicing, fault-finding, and maintaining CCTV and Door Access Control systems across the UK

* Responding to service calls for existing customers

* Working independently and as part of a team

* Completing service reports and job documentation

* Providing a professional, customer-focused service

* Following all Health & Safety procedures

* Occasional overnight stays (accommodation and allowance provided)

* Overtime and travel time paid

No weekend work or 24-hour call-outs

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm, flexibility required)

Package

* Salary from £35,000 per year (dependent on experience)

* Company van, phone, and laptop

* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

* Paid overtime and travel time

* Full uniform and PPE provided

* Training, development opportunities, and company events

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing and fault-finding CCTV systems (Access Control beneficial)

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)

* Comfortable working at height and performing manual tasks

* Basic computer skills

* DBS checked or willing to undergo a check

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
