The Role

Kingdom Group Ltd seeks an experienced security sales professional to drive growth across the Midlands. This field‑based role focuses on winning and developing front‑line security contracts, including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and integrated security solutions for commercial and public‑sector clients. You’ll deliver substantial new business revenue through strategic, high‑value contracts, working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation, retention, and long‑term profitability.

This role suits someone who understands security sales realities — including contract mobilisation, TUPE, margin control, and service delivery risk — and can convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new business and grow accounts with £5M+ revenue targets, focusing on medium‑to‑large contracts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, delivering service‑led solutions that maximise retention
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities to strengthen Kingdom’s position
  • Develop and execute plans aligned with growth objectives
  • Coach and motivate sales and operational teams to exceed targets
  • Own KPIs, pipeline, and results
  • Promote a high‑performance, professional culture
  • Address client challenges and build sustainable pipelines
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in selling manned guarding, mobile patrols, or integrated security services to B2B/public‑sector clients
  • Strong understanding of contract mobilisation, TUPE, service delivery, and margin management
  • Confident senior‑level negotiator with directors, estates teams, and procurement
  • Results‑driven with a focus on multi‑million‑pound revenue targets
  • Strong presenter, influencer, and relationship builder
  • Commercially and strategically minded, with ability to identify opportunities and manage risk
  • Technically competent with CRM, Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Compliance‑focused and process‑driven
