As a
** Sales Negotiator
** based in
** West Bromwich
** you’ll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls, making outbound customer calls, and serving customers at the trade counter
* Managing a ledger of up to 30 customers, building strong relationships, upselling, maintaining daily contact with key accounts, and preparing quotes and tenders
* Supporting the Sales Office Manager and wider sales team on larger contracts and collaborative projects
* Working closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Administrator, and Sales Negotiators to ensure smooth and efficient sales office operations

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am

*** Experience in a builders’ merchant or civils environment is desirable
* Experience in an office environment with confidence handling customers both over the phone and face to face
