Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing
Do you have previous experience in planning, executing and optimising marketing activity? We are now partnering with our client who a highly respected, international organisation with a strong presence across the UK and further afield to recruit an experienced UK Marketing Manager to take ownership of the UK marketing strategy and play a key role in driving demand generation, brand visibility, and commercial performance.
Please note this position is 5 days office based, based in their Smethwick office.
Salary is circa £50,000 depending on experience. Benefits include:

As the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Deliver the UK marketing strategy in line with business and global objectives
- Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across digital, social, PR, exhibitions, and internal communications
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through PPC, SEO, email, and content marketing
- Support product and service launches, including go-to-market planning and messaging
- Measure campaign performance, reporting on ROI and recommending improvements
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure activity delivers commercial value
- Act as a key marketing partner to sales, service, innovation, HR, and H&S teams
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and delivery to brief
As the Marketing Manager, you will have:
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a service-led or technical organisation
- Previous product launch experience
- Demonstrable success in lead generation and multi-channel campaign delivery
- Strong digital marketing expertise across PPC, SEO, social, and email automation
- Commercially driven with the confidence to operate strategically and hands-on
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Pardot or Microsoft Dynamics 365, however, these are desirable
