Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client recruiting for a Crosshead Extrusion Setter for a well-established company in West Bromwich who provide cable solutions are widely used in education, commercial, housing, industrial, and healthcare sectors across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of this role as a Crosshead Extrusion Setter you will be:
 
* Set and Operate Crosshead Extrusion Machines
 
* Clean and maintain tools
 
* Be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing parts and materials
 
* Maintain 5S to a high standard
 
* Keep production and quality related records up to date
 
* Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements
 
* Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
 
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements of a Crosshead Extrusion Setter you will:
 
* Be able to comply with and promote company values
 
* Knowledgeable in setting and running extrusion corrugation machines.
 
* Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
 
* Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards

   Monday
- Thursday 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm
