Are you an experienced Production Team Lead looking for a hands-on leadership role with no weekend working and a supportive management team?

The Role
This is a hands-on Production Team Lead position overseeing a team of 10 operatives. You will be responsible for ensuring KPIs are achieved, deadlines are met, and all work is carried out in line with health & safety and quality procedures. You will play a key role in keeping the team informed of production priorities and maintaining strong communication across the shop floor.
The production team operates across two shifts (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm), with the Team Lead role working standard day hours.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment

• Motivational leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset

• Strong attention to detail

Package

• Salary of £32,500 – £34,000

• Monday–Friday working hours: 8am–4pm

• No weekend working

• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (with additional days often gifted for an early Christmas shutdown)
