£35,000 - £37,000 + overtime + production bonus (5-6%) + pension (matched to 8%) + 33 days holiday + healthcare + life assurance.

Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 3:45pm) / Friday (7:30am - 12:30pm).

A highly successful manufacturing business based in Oldbury are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support within a team environment.

Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a technically challenging environment!

• Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production / process machinery.
• Mechanical Fault Finding and repair activities.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic fault finding.
• Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required.
• Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
• Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.

• Mechanical Maintenance Engineering experience.
• Formal Mechanical Qualifications (Level 3+) or Time Served background.
• Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic experience.
• Strong fault-finding skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or RAF / Navy / REME experience.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
