Unistrut is looking for an experienced rolling mill setter/operator to support our continued growth.

• Set and operate our roll forming equipment, presses and ancillary equipment
• Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
• Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
• Keep production and quality related records up to date
• Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
• Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
• Performs Other Duties as Assigned

• A good knowledge of Roll forming
• Able to work as part of a team and as an individual

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern:

Shift 1 – Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm and Fridays 6am-1pm

Shift 2 – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Fridays 1pm-8pm

Shift 3 – Sunday - Wednesday 10pm-6am and Fridays 10pm
-5am

Hourly pay rate - £13.00 depending on experience, plus 22% shift allowance for day shifts
