About the Company

Established Birmingham based live events production company delivering high end technical production solutions across lighting, video and audio for corporate events, festivals, awards ceremonies and large scale live experiences.

They specialise in and apply full 360 technical production across arena touring, comedy and live music events, festivals and corporate productions.

They have supported high profile national productions including stadium events, award winning festivals, arena tours and broadcast work.

They are known for strong client relationships, technical precision and delivering polished events at scale.

The Opportunity

* This is a senior Project Manager role for someone experienced in live events production, particularly lighting and video

* You will take full ownership of projects from initial brief and quotation through to onsite delivery.

* Managing budgets, schedules, technical specifications and client relationships, you will ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.

* You will run your own projects while reporting directly to the Managing Director, playing a key role in client retention and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects from quotation stage through to final delivery

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Specify and manage lighting and video systems with occasional audio

* Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle

* Coordinate warehouse teams, technicians and freelance crew

* Oversee logistics, equipment lists and scheduling

* Prepare RAMS and ensure safety compliance

* Attend site visits, rehearsals and live events where required

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years experience in live events project management

* Strong working knowledge of lighting and video systems

* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

* Confident client facing communicator

* Commercial awareness and budget management experience

* Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends

* Full UK driving licence
