Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Darlaston | £47,500–£55,000 | Permanent
Diamond Search Recruitment is acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client. We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, ensuring outstanding care, regulatory compliance, and the wellbeing of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a skilled team in line with regulations.
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
* Oversee operational, financial, and quality assurance processes.
* Promote trauma-informed, relationship-based care.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
* Strong safeguarding, leadership, and organisational skills
