As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage staff recruitment and deployment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support and manage care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with referring authorities and regulatory bodies.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.
• A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to children.
