As a Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage staff recruitment and deployment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support and manage care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ensure regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with referring authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage budgets and ensure the service operates efficiently.
  • Promote the company's vision and values, supporting staff well-being and motivation.
