An established specialist contractor within the cleaning and ventilation sector is currently seeking an experienced Duct Cleaning Supervisor to join its growing Grease Hygiene division. The business works with well‑known national hotel groups, restaurant chains and food‑to‑go brands, delivering services to the highest hygiene and compliance standards.

The RoleYou will be responsible for leading grease hygiene works on client sites across the UK, ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with TR19 standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Travelling to client sites nationwide to carry out grease hygiene services
- Cleaning kitchen ventilation systems, including canopies, ductwork and fan units
- Installing access panels where required to support compliance and ongoing maintenance
- Leading, supervising and motivating a small team on site
- Working safely at height and within confined spaces
- Completing risk assessments prior to commencing works
- Liaising professionally with clients on site
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability alongside effective leadership skills.
Essential- Full UK driving licence
- General Hygiene Technician (GHT) qualification
- Proven experience in TR19 ductwork cleaning
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Experience working at height and in confined spaces
- Flexible with working hours (late afternoon, evening and overnight shifts)
- Willing to stay away from home when required
- Reliable, proactive and committed to maintaining high standards
- Salary of £27,500 – £30,000, dependent on experience
- Based on the Birmingham / Lichfield area
- Structured working pattern with alternating 4‑day and 5‑day weeks, with every other Friday off
- Semi‑flexible evening and night shifts
- 4 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays
