Act as a super user of our tech stack (Ashby and Gemini), consistently using data to support your thinking and recommendations. - Project Leadership:
Lead talent projects independently from start to finish, setting clear goals and spotting blockers early to ensure deadlines are met. - Process Innovation:
Design bespoke assessment methods, such as case studies and technical tasks, for niche roles while using automation to improve pipeline quality. - Excellent Experiences:

- A Master of Execution:
You thrive in ambiguity and can coach others through complex situations. - Impact-Driven:
You prioritise speed and quality, ensuring metrics like Time to Hire and Quality of Hire remain strong even under pressure. - High Ownership:
You manage your own capacity independently, re-prioritising work and project delivery to handle spikes in volume without dropping standards. - A True Consultant:
You filter and synthesise information to keep stakeholders focused on what matters most, delivering difficult feedback when necessary to keep searches on track. - Collaborative:
You act as a delivery benchmark for the team, modeling how to manage high-complexity workloads and coaching interviewers on consistency.
- Domain
Experience:
Experience hiring in a fast‑paced environment as an internal recruiter, specifically within global Tech, Product & Data functions such as Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management, Design + more. - Exposure:
Experience recruiting throughout EMEA. We have offices in the UK, Latvia and Nigeria - experience with more than 1 of these locations is advantageous. - Systems Knowledge:
Proficiency across the recruiting tech stack, with strong technical know‑how on sourcing tools and getting the most from the ATS (Ashby experience is a plus!) - Assessment Expertise:
