A leading precious metals processing company in West Bromwich is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR advisory services and manage employee lifecycle processes. This part-time role involves working closely with management, advising on employee relations, and overseeing payroll and benefits. Ideal candidates will have experience in an HR function, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strong relationships.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Oracle, is preferred.
