Monitoring and recording care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support. What You'll Bring A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Experience in domiciliary or community care. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements). The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. The right to work in the UK. (We are not currently able to offer Visa Sponsorship.)
